We map out concrete paths, like what you can build, how to monetise it, and who to partner with. Every option is scored, stress-tested, and refined before you commit.

For 29 years, I’ve worked in career transition. And for 16 of those years, since I created the Portfolio Career Design™ framework, I’ve been researching portfolio psychology: the mindset that allows people to function across multiple roles, projects, and professional identities.
I know which skills are worth developing and which are dead ends. I can identify what to bet on before you see it yourself.

I live the model I teach. I’ve built seven businesses. I know what it takes to create something from zero, when no one has written the playbook yet.
